Key responsibilities:

岗位职责：

1.         Coordinate the overall operation of Tmall/JD and other Ｏnline stores:

Including overall store operation planning and activities planning, marketing promotion, product management, etc., organize and co-ordinate the work execution of various positions in the department, participate in planning and developing product promotion plans, communicate and collaborate with departments such as graphic design and merchandise and achieve the sales goals of the stores. Suggest new strategies and concepts. Focus Ｏn margin retention.

协调天猫/京东等网络门店的整体运营：

包括店铺整体运营策划和活动策划、营销推广、产品管理等，组织协调部门各岗位的工作执行，参与策划和制定产品推广计划，与平面设计、商品等部门沟通协作，实现店铺的销售目标。提出新的策略和概念，保持利润。

2.         Regularly track and evaluate the effectiveness of promotion:

Submit a statistical analysis report Ｏn the promotion effect, timely propose marketing improvement measures, and provide practical and feasible improvement plans.

定期跟踪评估推广效果：

提交促销效果统计分析报告，及时提出营销改进措施，提供切实可行的改进计划。

3.         Plan and develop product promotion plans:

Participate in planning and developing product promotion plans, communicate and collaborate with departments such as graphic design and merchandise, and improve overall store performance.

策划和制定产品推广计划：

参与策划和制定产品推广计划，与平面设计和商品等部门沟通和协作，提高整体门店绩效。

4.         Marketing strategy:

Key marketing strategies for increasing store and product traffic, and planning and implementing promotion strategies based Ｏn actual requirements, can effectively increase store and product traffic.

营销策略：

增加店铺和产品流量的关键营销策略，以及根据实际需求规划和实施促销策略，可以有效地增加店铺和商品流量。

5.         Proficient in platform keyword strategy:

Familiar with search ranking and optimization, familiar with traffic tools, and able to increase the actual traffic of Ｏnline stores.

精通平台关键词策略：

熟悉搜索排名和优化，熟悉流量工具，能够增加网店的实际流量。

6.         Data analysis:

Responsible for the deployment and optimization of promotional tools, improving product conversion rates, conducting professional data analysis Ｏn marketing data reports generated by various promotional tools (UV, PV, sales volume, bounce rate, regional distribution, conversion rate, etc.), as well as collecting and analyzing data from competitor websites Ｏn a regular basis; And provide corresponding evaluation reports. Provide data support for optimizing Ｏnline stores and improving customer experience.

数据分析：

负责推广工具的部署和优化，提高产品转化率，对各种推广工具（UV、PV、销售量、跳出率、区域分布、转化率等）生成的营销数据报告进行专业数据分析，并定期收集和分析竞争对手网站的数据；并提供相应的评估报告。为优化网店，改善客户体验提供数据支持。

8.         Reporting: Reports Ｏn a day to day basis to the manager and also provides a weekly or bi-weekly update to management team.

Requirements:

1.         Bachelor's degree.

2.         Poven experience in E-commence operations.

3.         Excellent communication skills; proficiency in English.

职位要求:

1. 学士学位。

2. 有电子商务运营经验。

3. 优秀的沟通能力；英语熟练。
